Shipping and Return

Typically, delivery to the United States takes 8-10 business days, and to Western Europe, it takes 10-14 business days. We also require 1-2 business days to process the order before shipping. If any anomalies occur during the process, we will promptly notify you via WhatsApp or FB-Messenger.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number with a tracking link via WhatsApp or FB-Messenger. Meanwhile, we will monitor your package status daily and notify you promptly if any abnormalities are detected.

Easy Returns:

If the product you ordered has quality issues, you can return the order to us within 30 days. Our 30-day return policy has no special terms or exceptions. We only ask that you return the product in its original packaging and unworn condition, as it was when you received it. Returning through emilyrep.com is very easy. Please send us a WhatsApp or FB-Messenger message to inform us of your return request, and our customer service team will provide you with the return address and clear, concise return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected by our inventory management team (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed.
